On average, women will have to work until March 31, 2020, to earn what men made in 2019. The pay gap is real and pernicious, and there hasn't been much progress in closing it in the past few decades. Cathrin Stickney, Founder and CEO of Parity.org, will share some shocking stats about the pay gap in the United States, why it doesn't just hurt women, and what companies can do to achieve equal pay.
