Reston Limousine President and CEO Kristina Bouweiri shares her personal and professional journey, from a global childhood as a daughter of a Foreign Service diplomat to landing a job with a small corporate transportation company and growing that business from 5 vehicles to a private fleet of 250 vehicles today.  In addition to Kristina's presentation, enjoy a networking reception with attendees including open bar and hors d'oeuvres. 

About our speaker:

Kristina Bouweiri is the innovative Chief Executive Officer and President of Reston Limousine, Washington DC’s premier chauffeured transportation provider ranked the 8th largest chauffeured fleet in the nation.

Starting with only five vehicles in 1990, Bouweiri diversified the business and developed Reston Limousine into to a $28 million company today with 250 vehicles ranging from sedans to coach buses.

Kristina also is the founder of the monthly networking luncheon Sterling Women and co-founder of the annual Virginia Women’s Business Conference – two programs that have helped hundreds of women entrepreneurs and executives achieve their professional goals.

As an active business community leader, Kristina is a board member of the DC Chamber of Commerce, Washington DC Economic Partnership, Northern Virginia Community College, Inova Loudoun Hospital Foundation, BCT-Bank of Charles Town, and Enterprising Women magazine, among others.

She also is a member of the Dean’s Council of the George Mason School of Business, where she helped launch a Women in Business Initiative program to support students, alumnae and other businesswomen.

Recognized for her business acumen regionally and nationally, Bouweiri is an international speaker on topics ranging from startup success strategies to the use of social media in growing your business.

Her recognitions include Washington Business Journal’s Power 100 and Top Women-Owned Businesses in Washington DC, George Mason University School of Business Outstanding Leadership Award, DC Chamber of Commerce Business Leader of the Year and International Women’s Entrepreneurial Challenge Award.

Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from George Washington University.
