This Executive Module is available exclusively to Executive Members and is included with your Executive Membership. The topics for this module is Individual Strengths & Values on a Board and will be facilitated by Laura Gross, Co-Chair, Women on Boards Committee, WWLI.

For this module we’re introducing a powerful tool, the Professional Strengths, Values & Stories Survey (SVSS), that will provide you with insights to your role as a leader and help you understand how to activate your potential as a board director. This innovative tool will help you explore your leadership identity and potential through the lens of 12 universal “story types.”

When you know which type you’re most like, you’ll have an improved understanding of what drives you; how to engage and inspire others more effectively; and how to bring out more of your authentic self to achieve greater success, fulfillment and contribution. These insights about your character and capacity will help you use what’s uniquely best about you in pursuing board service.

Executive Modules are planned three times per year to provide leadership training for women interested in increasing their Board profile and presence nationally. Executive Level members work with various community stakeholders including networking and interfacing with a wide variety of currently seated board professionals, companies seeking to increase and expand their board diversity, leadership trainers specializing in executive presence, recruiters, other candidates, and more.

Executive Members who would like to register for this session, please email info@wwli.org.
