2021 is shaping up to be a recorded breaking year for female leaders. Kamala Harris is the first female Vice President. Half of the administration’s cabinet is female. And all S&P 500 firms have at least one female board member. COVID-19 has really highlighted women’s leadership style. Counties that are female-led have been on top of this health crisis; New Zealand, Germany, Finland, Iceland, Denmark, Norway, and Taiwan.
