Jan Setnor has served as a nurse, a nurse anesthetist, and a citizen-soldier for over three decades. She will offer her perspectives on leadership in both the healthcare industry and the military. As a member of the Air Force Reserve, she became intimately acquainted with the “three-legged stool” concept of balancing a successful military career, with a demanding civilian career, and a rewarding family life. Additionally, she will discuss the importance of being involved in professional educational and active lobbying organizations that promote our chosen fields of endeavor.
