The Washington Women’s Leadership Initiative (WWLI.org) offers our affiliates and guests an open forum for networking, sharing ideas, the chance to mingle with nationally recognized, inspiring motivational speakers and opportunities to participate in thought provoking and fun events.

Our programs are designed so that each attendee meets a minimum of 15 new people at each event. Our process is unique, our events memorable, and our network is amazing.

WWLI.org, a 501(c)3, is a cross-industry, multi-discipline, non-partisan, non-competitive professional education and networking organization for executive level women. Our exclusive events offer affiliates unique opportunities to meet and learn from some of the most influential and inspiring women leaders from around the globe.

WWLI.org’s professional education program content qualifies for Continuing Professional Education credits required in many professions by credentialing organizations such as AICPA, SHRM/HRCI, ASTD, various bar associations and more. These programs have been submitted to the HR Certification Institute for review and certificates are distributed for your records at the event. Attendance records for each event are retained for three years post event.
