Increasing Diversity for Board Service

Board diversity is a critical factor for success. On almost all measures, strategic decision making and long term growth are fueled by a variety of professional perspectives. & GMU have partnered to create a robust educational opportunity where participants will:

  • enhance capabilities and knowledge around qualifications necessary for both paid and unpaid board positions

  • network with experienced board professionals and recruiters tasked with filling board jobs and

  • matriculate with a renewed sense of focus and create their professional bio that will attract boards to them.

Space is extremely limited in this unique education program designed to catapult your career toward board service. This course qualifes for 40 hours of continuing education credits with many professional organizations.
